Practice: Basic Breath

Using your breath to calm the body and mind is a time-tested and effective way to manage how we respond to adversity.

Practice: Gratitude

Gratitude helps us balance our natural human negativity bias.  We can learn to be with both the difficulties and great stuff.

Practice: Self-Compassion

Learning to respond to our own sometimes over critical self-talk in a way that is helpful is a key component of resilience.
